Ferienhaus in Lubriano, Latium (fh67737)

"Casale della nonna": Our house is at the borders among Latium, Umbrien und Toskana, in a very interesting area from natural, historic and eno-gastronomic point of view. It is an old, rural house, refurbished but keeping the original features of the ancient farmhouse. Most of the floors are made of original terracotta tiles and the roof is with exposed chestnut beams, except for the living room, which was the original stable.
It has 2 floors: at the ground floor there's a kitchen with a fireplace, a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. At the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. There's a wide garden and about 3 hectares of unfenced farmland.There is garden furniture to sit and eat outside, a big sunshade, a hammock and a swing for children. A bike is at guest's disposal. There's a barbecue too and a little wood oven on one of the outer walls of the house, very good to make pizza and bread.
It was granny's country house, that's why it is called "Casale della nonna".
